 Welcome to Hoodstone Press which is formally being launched today, the 7th of September.

It is always a cause for celebration for booklovers in Scotland when a new publisher opens for the business of selling quality Scottish books on important Scottish themes.

Hoodstone  is a small independent publisher based in Glasgow dedicated to publishing established books of quality on Scottish themes, books which deserve to continue to be widely available to all potential readers, new and old. See the Motto section for the rationale.
